Our Transitions coaching programme is aimed at giving you the strongest possible foundation for your future, and to help you balance and connect your creative-intuitive side with your analytical-rational side.

What's involved?

individual mentoring

For individual coaching, you’d generally follow a pathway of 8-10 two-hour sessions. To book in for individual coaching sessions, please contact Isabelle with a little about yourself and what you’re hoping to achieve, and we can set up a call to decide on the best way to support you.

group mentoring

For group coaching, we keep the groups small (8-10 people) and they collectively follow an 8-week programme dedicated to a specific theme. We run these three times a year. To find the details and themes of our next group sessions, check our regularly-updated calendar.
