What's involved?
Tailored programme
For individual mentoring, you’d generally follow a pathway of 10-12 programme sessions. To book in for individual mentoring sessions, please contact Isabelle with a little about yourself and what you’re hoping to achieve, and we can set up a call to decide on the best way to support you. Sessions can be on-line or face-to-face in Barcelona.
Small groups
For group coaching, the groups are kept small (8-10 people) and they collectively follow an 8-week programme dedicated to a specific theme. These are run at several times a year.
